Pros
High energy, young team, great vibes! You'll have great coworkers for sure and the members there are great too. It feels rewarding because you have a community of people and the product itself (workspaces) are beautiful!
Cons
Very clique-y, there's different rules that apply to different people. If you're not in a head office role, you don't really get any perks. And people overstep their professional boundaries a lot here, but it might just be one of their many quirks if you're into it? I am very introverted, so if you're like me, you won't be seen here. You'll really need to over exert yourself to be somebody.
