      Hope this place shuts down.

      Pros

      You are able to enjoy your weekends and occasional catered lunches. Pay raises come if you come in early and skip your lunch.

      Cons

      COO spends all day on FB and ESPN. If you forget to shave you get a written and verbal warning. Company gets paid for finding free public records. They email the criminal records to the requestor even if its not the right thing to do. Employees are sad for the most part trying to find better jobs. Only given 5 days vacation a year.

      Pros

      They give you the opportunity to gain bonuses and incentives for being on time and productive. They provide lunch on the last day of each month.

      Cons

      Being constantly micromanaged by supervisors, which are only approximately 5 ft from you. You're charged $50 for being late four times and mind you that's only being a minute late each time. You hardly get off on holidays. There isn't a 401K or retirement fund, and there isn't a human resources department.

      Dear Former Employee, Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad that you enjoyed the opportunity to earn incentives on your punctuality and production. I’d like to learn more about the micromanagement you experienced during your time at The Cole Group. We try to provide as much as we can for our employees. This includes the opportunity to earn approximately an additional 10% of your salary each year for productivity and dependability. We are looking at increasing our benefits for employees and 401K is one of the items we are looking into adding.

      An okay place to work.

      Pros

      Management can be flexible with schedules, the pay is good, benefits are decent, catered lunch once a month, diverse company.

      Cons

      Micro management, overtime work but no overtime pay, no employee appreciation, very tedious about performance, just an okay place to work.
