Breaks are when you want, Broadway ticket people are the sweetest workers

Schedule is never consistent (bad for students), no flexibility, petty write-ups, favoritism apparent, toxic hierarchy environment

A lot of hours, amazing people to work with, everyday is different.

Cons

Management can sometimes be stuck up/rude/under-appreciative. When the pandemic hit, they disregarded many people without a care and solution until their hands were forced so it shows that they only care about money and sales more than the individuals that actually make the sales and keep the company going. Sometimes you feel like you have no social life because you’re always working late shifts and weeknights and hardly have time for yourself.
