Great in the beginning

Great pay in the beginning Decent benefits(kinda costly) Good team communication

Cons

No room for growth Outside hires over internal promotions when capable candidates existed 4-6 weeks means "6 months, if ever" Travel is a nightmare when attempting to get reimbursed. Project management is abysmal
