Pros

-Software and computers kept up to date. -Hot food can be bought onsite. -Secure building. -Job role can give you a broad range of work experience if you want. -Good co-workers. -On site gym. -Corporate discounts.

Cons

-Below average pay. -Lots of project creep. -Perks and benefits slowly eroding away. Loss of sick days, poorer benefits packages. -Marketing department at the mercy of executive leadership making lots of last minute changes on projects. -Teams are understaffed with constant need of having to work overtime to get projects done. Everyone is stressed. -Hard to get raises from management. Performance reviews dictate raise amounts and are conducted in a way to minimize importance of accomplishments. Performance expectations are kept vague to make it hard to argue you've met or exceeded them. -Feels like worker's compensation is being sacrificed overtly for shareholder gains. They have that corporate pizza party meme vibe.

Pros

There are quite legitimately some of the best human beings I have ever had the opportunity of working with. Those who love the organization and their teams provide a fantastic working experience. The opportunities to learn are extensive within their learning platforms.

Cons

Bullys are promoted and supported. SHort term gains are paramout so the management put in place often works by implementing abusive and fear based tactics. To look good you have to make someone else look bad. If you mention an executive or senior leader portrays bad behaviour you are immediately informed that you do so at your own peril. "Everyone gets bullied, we just put up with it".

Pros

employee discount on merchandise and benefits

Cons

Very stressful atmosphere, managers are no help, they just think about getting stuff sold and reaching their monthly quota so they can get their bonuses at the end of the month and screwing customers over with poor customer service. Lots of favoritism and gossip like no other workplace I've ever been too, pretty much like high school. Wouldn't recommend working at the brick at all or buying from them. Once I find another job, I am gone in a second, I won't even give them 2 weeks notice because of the stress they brought upon me at the workplace.
