My coworkers were lovely and the workplace was ideal right beside the beach!

Just the pay, servers make $18 base pay but almost no tips

Cons

Management is awful, extremely toxic. All employees I worked with had been fired or quit all around the same time. The pay is good but in the end not worth it.
