TALC offers decent growth opportunities and a good salary, but the real takeaway is how much it tests and ultimately builds your patience and resilience.
Cons
The workplace suffers from a toxic culture, lacks overtime pay or appreciation for efforts, is filled with judgmental- disrespectful attitudes,sugar-coated toxicity, and has a severely negative impact on mental health.

- There's incredibly quick growth - The kids are just incredible - There's a lot of room for creativity and exploring different avenues.
Cons
- The management is terribly toxic - They don't actually offer any trainings that involving upskilling - The offered salary is a lot lower than you'd require. - There is no work-life balance. It's a 10 hour work day.
