      1) Flexible timings. 2) Greate management, I got the chance to work with Vineet mishar. I could make a difference in what it is to work with a leader. 3) Employee caring management. 4) It's one place where you get a chance for both personal and professional growth. 5) Amazing onboarding process.

      - The senior management folks are really helpful on technical/mentorship - Machine Learning Team Manager is an excellent mentor - Lot of perks and the best HR management - Teams are well aligned so that you can get your work done very well on the pipeline - Executive Director is a wonderful person who leads the product/teams/employees at his best. - 100% work-life balance - Mostly Working from Home - People who reached me before joining alacer and I have recommended them to join here and I got reviews back by them saying they like/are happy being a part of alacer now. - Good yearly Hike %
