      Amazing support at corporate level along with decent pay. I love the fact they have a mentor program too!

      If you're a broker -they have a good regional reputation. But DO NOT WORK SUPPORT HERE.

      Cons

      Toxic frat club. No room for growth. Bad pay, bad culture, awful management. Leadership are disgusting humans. Cheaters, liars, back stabbers.
