      Great mission and great team

      Pros

      The organization brings together experts from all over the industry, which fosters a great sense of community and learning. There is great communication between managers and their direct reports, allowing space to discuss career progression, and personal development goals.

      Cons

      Being a fully remote organization can have it's limitations, and my only con regarding this would be the lack of in person meetings. We do have a full-team in person meeting once a year which is helpful and a great opportunity. Whilst I'm not sure how feasible it would be, it would be great to have more in-person touch points.

      Nature of the work requires evolution, quick pace which is not for everyone The organization has undergone an enormous amount of change in a relatively short time

      Pros

      Super independent, fully remote, lots of opportunities to learn new things, pays well and doesn't demand face time/camera on.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and leadership/management can be both very demanding/finger pointing and also not supportive of what is often very overwhelmed team players. Great, but definitely don't want to experience what I see some of the folks in more leadership oriented roles experiencing.
