Lack of appreciation, management underpaid

Do not work here. The general manager has the belief that it is acceptable to put his hands on employees. I was physically grabbed and shoved and was told that was standard. You will be asked to do all kinds of jobs that were no where on your application or job duties, including - but not limited to - duties such as boat driving, without a license, operating heavy machinery without a license, yard maintenance since they cannot "afford to pay landscapers."
