Pros

- Great people to work with - Great projects to work on - Work feels fulfilling - Understanding lower level managers when it comes to being sick or other life events that prevent work - Steady work schedule to plan life around - Insurance benefits - Combined Vacation and Sick time - Work was remote, but it is returning to office due to client needs

Cons

- Actually caring about it's employee's and not seeing them as expendable - Corrupt upper management who do not care for the employee's job security - Corrupt upper management who steal employee ideas and claim them as their own - Unwilling to provide transportation accommodations to those hired who live over an hour away - Sudden company changes which make the current company climate unsustainable

Pros

You have a chance of being work from home, if you get put on the right team because they haven't found an office large enough to hold everyone. The people are pretty cool to work with.

Cons

HR is an absolute joke. They dont help with anything. Beware if you work from home and also have small kids. They will make a big fuss if they hear your kids in the background. For even a split second. You have to basically overwork yourself and do work above your pay grade in order to even be noticed enough for a promotion. Don't be fooled, the 1 to 1 spreadsheet they shove on you to do, WILL NOT help you toward that promotion. The 1 to 1s are also confusing and all over the place, and an extra task to do as if you didn't have enough already. The way they have promotions, has the team members at odds with each other. You'll see people trying to snatch things to do and hurry to announce things. Anything that will get eyes on them. Then, you will see them being disgruntled if someone promotes or someone gets praise and they don't. Coming from someone who has had that happen to them. More than once, and don't worry. Nothing gets done about it really.

Pros

The single, only pro of working here is that you MAY get put on a team that gets to work from home, but it's not guaranteed and you get no say in what team you get placed on.

Cons

oh gosh where do i begin: -management literally DOES NOT CARE about their workers. they dont care that we're underpaid and overworked, they dont care how their bullsh*t policies affect us and they don't care about our opinions and feedback -there is 0 room for growth unless you're besties with someone in management (promotions and raises have been on hold for 2 years now, with no ETA on when they'll return). and yes, even if youve been busting your butt for months and years you still won't get a promotion or raise. -everyone is severely underpaid for this job market, QA testers start at $11/hr, QA Analysts start at $15 and APL's start at $20 (industry standard is $18-$25 for a QA tester) -new processes/policies get rolled out every couple of months that make our lives harder, we also get little to no warning of these new policies (at most we'll get a day) and none of our feedback is ever taken into consideration unless it's something that speaks good about the new policy/process -HR is useless in every situation except one: the only thing HR can do is help you move teams if you feel unsafe with another coworker -we no longer have quarterly meetings with management because they got tired of us telling them how terrible their leadership is. now if you speak out about it, you get hit with a warning or worse an "improvement plan."
