Pros
Family Atmosphere, Amazing Co-Workers. If you are an independent worker, you will be left alone to get your job done.
Cons
No extended Leadership team; If you get along with the CEO you're in. If you don't, you're out. Preferential treatment given to only a select few. There is no room for growth. If someone leaves, or gets fired, they do 'promote' from within- but without mentorship, salary increase, or support to backfill roles.
