      Vast set of client in various domain OnSite opportunity Employee Benefits (Food,Travel,Internet,Books,Insurance,Gym) Good motivators for potential candidates Good Pay compared to other serviced based companies People like Pani (CTO) is very rare to come by 😊

      Cons

      Not much i have personally experienced. Have heard from ex-colleagues regarding change in policies might not be as employee friendly as before (Insurance now only covers us and family will be extra)
