Pros

Some departments or teams within the company demonstrated strong leadership and a positive work culture, providing a glimmer of hope for improvement.

Cons

I joined TestCrew Company with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. From the very beginning, there were clear communication gaps between management and employees. The onboarding process was rushed and lacked proper training, leaving me feeling unprepared for my role. Additionally, the work environment was toxic, with a noticeable lack of teamwork and support from colleagues. Instead of fostering a collaborative atmosphere, there was a pervasive sense of competition and backstabbing. This not only hindered productivity but also took a toll on morale. Furthermore, the company's leadership seemed out of touch with the needs of their employees. Decisions were made without considering the impact on the workforce, leading to frustration and disillusionment among staff members. It felt like there was a disconnect between management's priorities and the realities faced by those on the ground. Overall, my time at the Company was a disappointing and disheartening experience. I would caution anyone considering employment here to thoroughly research the company culture and management practices before making a decision.

Pros

Nothing to be mentioned and the salary is in USD

Cons

Salary delays, Deductions from salary whenever they get the chance, HR treats employees poorly, Extreme work pressure – you must be working every hour, even on completely unrelated projects, as long as you don’t get to rest, Any small reason can get your salary withheld, Only 11 days of leave per year, and you might not even be able to take them, Lies about everything, If you resign, you open the gates of hell for yourself, starting with your salary being stopped immediately from the moment you submit your resignation, You’ll receive your dues long after you leave – for example, I got mine after five months, Of course, they deduct a lot from your dues under various excuses Extremely poor work quality, with no development or learning opportunities at all.

Pros

You will work with various clients and will be able to get various experience Work colleagues are great set of people

Cons

- HR department is working tirelessly to make sure they are making the employees miserable and have no way out of this hell hole - HR never respond to emails,so that you cannot document the mistreatment, all communication will be verbal in order to twist the facts along the way - the contract is all about having the company being able to let you go with zero benefits, on the other hand you cannot leave except after paying the rest of your contract - management will direct you to not log overtime and make the compensation as favor in form of vacation. Which is against the Saudi labour law which dictates that over time should be paid not compensated as vacation. - they hire fresh graduates give them minimal training and throw them in front of customers and having them blamed whenever something goes wrong at the customer's end - salary deduction is a stable with no given reason (queue point 2:HR Never Responds.) - If you are an expat you will be treated as a hostage. Exit - re-entry visa will be provided at the very last minute, and may be used as a blackmail to force you to approve illegal documents thrown at you. - if you request contract non renewal say goodbye for your salary.they will withhold it. - they don't give pay raise, it comes in the form of bonus over 12 months. - if it happens and you were able to resign they will sue you in the name of protecting the company rights.but it is done for intimidating the current employees
