I joined TestCrew Company with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. From the very beginning, there were clear communication gaps between management and employees. The onboarding process was rushed and lacked proper training, leaving me feeling unprepared for my role. Additionally, the work environment was toxic, with a noticeable lack of teamwork and support from colleagues. Instead of fostering a collaborative atmosphere, there was a pervasive sense of competition and backstabbing. This not only hindered productivity but also took a toll on morale. Furthermore, the company's leadership seemed out of touch with the needs of their employees. Decisions were made without considering the impact on the workforce, leading to frustration and disillusionment among staff members. It felt like there was a disconnect between management's priorities and the realities faced by those on the ground. Overall, my time at the Company was a disappointing and disheartening experience.
