      2 week notice period Other than that, can't think of any other good points

      Cons

      High turn over rate. Lack of good mid-level management staff. Fire & hire policy. will terminate staff on context of no new project.yet on other hand, they will hire again.

      Pros

      - Assigned to different companies, learning about different corporate cultures - Meet different clients and users, more exposure and networking - Company send you for courses, all fully paid - Company gives incentives for events like Mother's Day and etc - Good health and dental care package

      Cons

      - No proper bonuses, only performance bonus - Sometimes you will be stuck at a fixed company as the project never ends - Salary and leave increment is slow - Performance bonus not determined by your performance but by assigned company management's biasness - Very little yearly leave

      Worst company ever worked for.

      Pros

      Can't find even a single reason. The only reason I worked there was I was getting paid and that too - at half the market rate. And in order to survive it better to have something rather than nothing.

      Cons

      - You will be treated like dogs. - No training provided. - No help or information provided. - They can terminate you at any point without giving any notice and reason (Look into your contract).
