Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience at Tend. We appreciate your care and expertise to our members. We continue to hear that the people you work with at Tend create a positive working experience, and it is great that was your experience as well. We strongly believe in recognition as a powerful communication tool to ensure our people know they are valued and heard, and we do recognize team members quarterly, annually through our Tendees awards, and spontaneously in huddles. We also focus on initial training to set up a new team member for success in a role and continuous growth and development at Tend. Internal promotion is a key objective for many of our operational and clinical lead roles. It is important to empower our team members to grow with us. We are looking forward to continuing our strong training and development programs while continuously improving them this year.
