Pros
It's a good place for your first or second part-time job when you're young. You do not need prior experience; you can go through training and they'll teach you all. You get to meet and make friends with other young people. The culture and atmosphere seems happy and relaxing.
Cons
It would not help you professionally if you're not pursuing a career in restaurants or hotels. The pay could be low in the training period.
