The pay standards are abhorrent. Comparing what you pay your employees to local hospitals is crazy. You can't survive on this pay. Women get paid less than men and the company knows it. I spoke to HR regarding a pay disparity between myself and my male coworker in the exact same position and was told that was just how it is.
