      Pros

      Employees are passionate, energetic. Culture is evolving slowly with the help of regular employees.

      Cons

      Senior Management doesn't listen to employees and very difficult to deal with. Senior management doesn't recognize the value of the work that employees do. Some of the senior management officers are whimsical and take decisions that are not standard in the industry.

      Pros

      Everyone I worked with was truly wonderful and deeply caring. I also was treated as an adult and given the space to do good work while also having access to as much support as I could want/need.

      Cons

      Onboarding, specifically getting code to run on my machine, was a bit tough, but I helped to improve that process during my time there.
