Pros

They are willing to work with my schedule. There is tons of room for growth in the building. They care about burn out and your well being. They staff way higher then the state minimum.

Cons

Burn out can be real. Long term care is hard in its self. But they were willing to switch me positions and shifts and what ever I needed to prevent burn out.

Pros

Super sweet people work here, always so caring and looking for the good in people. There is a lot of family who works here but they hold each other to a standard and none of them work in the same department which is good.

Cons

It’s healthcare, isn’t that just a pro and con 😂
