Pros

Good pay. Overall good bunch of people to work with. Lots of experienced workers. Broad range of facilities and products. Middle management seemed pretty solid.

Cons

They had good written programs for safety, environment, people, etc but little actually made it in practice. A lot of fly by the seat of the pants by local management. Times are tough so management is taking back a lot from employees.

Great working conditions (Flex hours), nice real estate (HQ), excellent benefit options, great company supported volunteer opportunities.

Cons

Large company which can lead to getting lost in the 'big room'. In certain departments management would not back-up their employees.
