Business outlook
Pros
People who worked there were great, lots of great regulars. Money was good most of the time. Beautiful property and employee perks like golf, discounted stays for family, health benefits, 401k, etc.
Cons
Management lacks structure and consistency. Communication is poor and inconsistent which results in running out of things, things not getting repaired or replaced in a timely manner and poor new hire training.
