      Good fresh out of college, no room for growth

      Pros

      Looks great on a resume. Will hire just about anyone known internally. Good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Needs some serious operations fixing. A few bad apples bring it down for everyone. Don't want to work there for more than 2 years.

      Good from the outside

      Pros

      Telecommuting two days a week is the best thing about this job. A fun boss really enhances the experience of the office. Good time off and benefits overall.

      Cons

      The company preaches work life balance and flexibility, but in practice it is very difficult. The team's needs often demand too much for this. Over-worked management with poor communication skills. Very surface level interaction and understanding from management to lower level employees.

      Thanks so much for your feedback. We certainly do strive for work/life balance, and while we often meet this goal, we do miss it on occasion. That said, this is a key aspect of our core value of "happiness," and ensuring that all team members can easily balance their home and work lives is a top priority for us.
