Pros

The associates are all very cordial and team oriented!!

Cons

Upper Management is very dishonest and lacks integrity. Totally disconnected from the core of the business Customer Service! No concept of team from management and treat all employees with disrespect. Culture has gone to worst I have ever seen within a company!! Underpay all associates and expect more from them without consideration of fair compensation

Pros

It was a job, but there I honestly would work in fast food before I would work there again.

Cons

High stress environment, brief training and then they throw you into the fire, and they don't take kindly to questions. Most people were so negative. I worked on a contract position and never intended to stay, but I always give 100%, and the manager would grill you if you asked a question that she thought you should know.

Pros

-Peers: Met some of the best people during my employment. -Executive Management: A few truly care about the company -Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision less expensive than other employers -Education Reimbursement: They reimburse tuition

Cons

-The nepotism -Complete lack of training for the new hires -Dishonesty, tattle-telling, and condescending behavior of executive leadership within TEC -Lack of empowerment to influence change unless you are within executive leadership -Time investment required to manage all of the systems vs. managing projects -Hyrbid roles; a technique used to expand job duties w/o a title change or increase in pay. -Reward for exceeding expectations of current job description results in inheriting more work.
