Pros

The CEO and President seem to know what they're doing.

Cons

HR and Accounting Management treat staff poorly if they don't like you. There is a double standard. Others have lots of freedom in their workday but if they don't like you your hours are scrutinized. And definitely don't have a bad day... It could be your last no matter how hard you work. Accounting has a very had time keeping employees and HR and Accounting management are the reasons why.

I can’t think of any pros unfortunately.

Run away. TeleWorld Solutions has an extremely demanding work environment, especially within the HR department. Employees are often made to feel like their work is never enough, with no constructive feedback and constant pressure, even when tasks are being completed correctly and on time. More than 9 people have left the HR team in the last two years, which says a lot about the conditions there. If you’re considering a job here, be careful. Make sure you fully understand what you’re walking into before leaving a stable position.
