      No career progression, no sense of direction, terrible communication, managers who were employed for years of service not ability to do the job.

      Friendly environment. Interesting and pioneering technology portfolio. Nice location. Catering mobile services and data to millions across the globe. Owner is inspiring.

      Cons

      Decision making, company direction and product definition are often based on opinion and interest rather than profitability and market demand. Salary at low end of the scale across the board. No accountability given for processes/policies installed or failed ventures. Lack of effective/useful resources.
