Pros

Casual laid back environment. Work at your own pace. No micromanagement.

Cons

No company direction. Sales tactics are like the wild west. No rules to sales as long as you don't get caught. And if you are caught and one of the favorites, there are no penalties. Big account leads get passed to a select few. New people must work a second job which cuts into sales time. Work day is a strict 8 hours and no option from working from home. Must have permission for appointments and personal errands. Vacation time is 10 paid days after 1 year of work. No sick days. 3 personal unpaid days a year. Bare minimum on paid holidays. You will be working on Christmas Eve.

Structured in term of Operations Friendly colleague

Cons

Collection vs Billing has dispute with their erp , no stock to deliver also count billing date, which would effect Commission payout based on collection SLA.
