      This company is closed minded, unfairly represented and promoted a very damaging, confidence breaking culture.

      Trying to do the right thing

      Pros

      Offers frequent employee reviews. Was given a small bonus at the end of the year. Open to frequent and honest feedback

      Cons

      Poor management between teams, made the work more difficult than it needed to be. Set requirements to be in the office 3 days a week without consideration for whether this worked for the individual / impacted their work in any way, subsequently a lot of staff caught covid.

      Thank you for your review. We embrace transparent and honest feedback across the business. We have implemented a formal hybrid working policy, with consultation with representatives from across our teams. Since implementation this has enabled us to support our teams flexible working requirements whilst encouraging collaborative team working and engagement incentives within the office environment. During the past 12 months we have undertaken a number of cross group projects across the group which has further increased the team work collaboration and efficiencies, enabling us to continue to deliver a high level of service to our customers.

      Before the recruiter called me about this opportunity, I must admit that I didn't know much about Telappliant. I've been doing some research in preparation for this discussion, and I need to say that I'm impressed by the work and the vision for the future. I'm genuinely interested in getting more involved in the technological side of telecommunication industry, and I read that Telappliant are growing in that area. I enjoy teamwork, and my team helps me feel quite at ease at work.

      So far, Telappliant has not received any unfavorable reviews from me.
