Disgusting culture and management. They do not care about their employees. Everyone except managers are underpaid and overworked and not appreciated.

- Horrible Benefits- high deductible medical plans. Expensive.
- Lack of managerial skills
-Silly pointless daily meetings
-Favoritism- *you will feel like you're in high school again with all the backstabbing.
-No room for growth
- Micro Managing at its worst- always followed by a boss checking on your work 3 times a day
-Lack of professionalism
-Very old school- this is not a "2015" workplace.
-Undercover bullying at it's best.
-No yearly bonus'
-Low pay- even with a college degree
-Don't expect a Christmas party either
