Nice place to start but comes with job insecurity and confused management
Pros
1- A good chance to gain experience in your field, you'll get exposed to different stuff and technologies. 2- Nice family-friendly company, I (almost) can't say that I witnessed any hostile work environment during the time I spent there, you'll meet many nice people out there and make some friends. - Good salaries comparing to other companies in th field, you will start with something that meets -if not exceeds- your expectations, or at least this was my experience with them, also, you'll get your overtime along with your reimbursement and/or any other companstations full and in time , that's what I respected the most about them.
Cons
1- Very inecure work environment due to confusion in management decesions, employees are subjected to have their jobs terminated antytime without enough prior notice or clear reasons, that's the main reason why I left the company, I've seen both managers with years of experince and fresh employees get fired suddenly after a quick single meeting, and the management never provides a good reason for that, as if this person just vanished... 2- Very unstable work environment, the management doesn't have -or can't make- a clear roadmap, you'll never understand what they're trying to do or achieve, you could get hired for a specific team or a role just to find that your entire team was changed or moved to other departments or even changed buildings in a single day and night, and this's one of the reason they keep firing employees and managers they don't need anymore after every change. 3- Favoritism is the name of the game, if you're favored by your supervisors/managers, your job is probably secured for a while, and you'd get promotions and get acknowledged, if not, then you'd left in the dark, everone would nice to you honestly, but don't raise your expectations cause you won't get what you work hard to get unless you're favored by your managers, this's not unusual in small companies though.
