The Management wants to run the company in Charity, without paying its employees and over charging its clients The Company was once large and had a brand name, but now it is no more the case, the client base is reducing and existing clients leave the company. The Project managers are not aware of the software and team motivation is nill due to poor project communication. Small Players in the market are definitely better than Tectura in the Market, in terms of commitment , cost & timelines.

This company is fraud that do not relies on its promise. the positive reviews that you get most them would be 2 year ago bcoz at that time this company is great but at present you would only regret why i have joined this company let me tell u the cases of fraud >i have joined this company as fresher at that time they have promised us to give 3.5 lpa but just before joining they have reduced to 3lpa . So that you cant even think of leaving the company at a movment. >Then finally i joined the company and other friends of mine also joined other MNC . When i talked to them few of them get bonus and most of them get trip from company in their indentation. But TECTURA at the end of indentation we have gaming session . in which hr said lets have play in this small room and we just done mimicry of some act for just 10 min and then indentation is over . >I have Joined their as XXX technical Consultant but after few months without taking permission or without seeking interest of us they have forcibly shifted our department and expect us perform like a pro and in last one year each of us have been shifted to all possible department as possible. >Never expect a overtime bcoz there u are not a engineer you are labour there let me tell u. >Then there come time of increment . The most awaited day since i joined this company Bcoz in Bond paper they have clearly written as they would increase our package by 1lpa after an year. That's the only "MOTIVATION" that i was there. But when they called me and my colleague they said to all of us expect 1-2 that our performance is not up to mark and your increment has been delayes to 6-7 months. we fight for our right hard but they say same line again and again at a time it feels like someone had taught them same lines if we talk for our increment. After all that incident i totally broke up and started hated them so badly that i am thinking of working at lower package but i dont want to work there even a single day .
