      Good platform to learn politics, Karnataka needs good politicians

      - Useless top level management - Save money close company policy - Employee unfriendly company - HR are the Prime Ministers of world, so you need to bow down your head when you speak to them - IT department - Fall at their feet to get your job done - DBA - no idea what they do - Support - Mini Tamil Nadu - ask for onsite, tell money problem and speak Tamil, you will be sent for long - Product Management - always busy with meetings - Product team - where is the team ? LOL

      Flexible timing and Hybrid model of WFH

      Cons

      Senior management is not aware of the things happening at the lower level. The work condition has deteriorated in the last 2-3 years. The company does not provide event he basic facilities to employees. No Parking if you reach the office after 10 No Perks at all, no bonuses, not even Diwali gifts, and no events for any occasion.
