Pros
1) Really kind and supportive co-workers and CEO 2) Opportunity to work on different projects and also different types of projects (Fin-Tech, Health, etc) 3) Plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies and design 4) Helpful co-workers and leads that are willing to guide you at any time 5) Very hard working people that are willing to go beyond the required effort for tasks 6) Plenty of opportunity to meet and work with plenty of people from different companies due to being able to work in different projects
Cons
Most of the projects are NZ / AU based, timezones for meetings and working with co-workers may not be good for you depending on where you live. It's also likely you won't be meeting with your co-workers in person very often.
