Pros
1) There is place to drink water 2) There is laptops and desk atleast to work 3) You'll get one hour lunch break just like school days 4) If you want to be a sycophant, then this is best place for you
Cons
1) Company is bloody small and there is not enough space to breath 2) There is CEO and his wife who keeps an eye on every person thru CCTV and treat their employees like a slave. 3) Hr people are totally dumb, they take orders from someone else 4) You'll be hired for technical work, but they will ask you to work on non-technical stuff as per their choice. 5) Overtime is the tagline of this company, you'll spend at least 15 hours everyday with constant overload. 6) They will not listen to you, if you talk against them, it will cost you your job 7) They will hold your salary if you take leaves. 8) If you resigned, they will hold back your salary for total 3 months.
