Cons
1. Toxic environment: From CEO to "self acclaimed" Managers, all play blame game on each other. Lot of failed products and all blames are put on developers. 2. Firing rate too high: They simply hire talents from different domains, but hardly take any time to fire them. 3. Bad Management: A person having 3 yrs of experience is given role to manage PhD holders and far more talented employees. The way he talks is highly unprofessional and too harsh to handle. 4. Lack of vision: Once you come across the CEO, a simple small talk will make you realise how foolish and self centered person the CEO is. He has no vision on product development. All blames are put on junior level software developers
