Technology expertise is not mandatory, however sales experience is in order to succeed. Sales commission based opportunity rather than upward mobility.

Cons
Taking the W2 salary role requires that you continually produce and have a sales quota. Requires continuous training to stay up to date. Must always maintain high levels of activity.
