Toxic culture, poor retention due to many layers of dysfunction, unethical business practices, they have burned and sued people who have left & charged them with patently false allegations, i.e. harassment. Track record of intra-office affairs & infidelity. Party & high-roller culture among leadership. CEO buys yachts & planes while stiffing stellar performing employees on well-deserved raises & promotions. Technologent leadership has embedded family members in customer sites & then done business through them - very unethical & conflict-of-interest - saw this firsthand, one reason I left. Greedy leadership caps bonuses even when employee performance has earned more. Glass ceiling.
