      Pros

      The team works hard and where I work at is under a union it is very beneficial finical firm that we work for.

      Cons

      Lack leadership and training. The health benefits are not good under tech-ops compared to union benefits that is provided to the techs. Staffing is a big issue when it comes to who they have hired, mainly lack of experience and competence.

      This was a reliable employer with loyalty to long-term employees.

      Cons

      Benefits weren't great. High deductible insurance plans and didn't get 401K matching until my final year, which was vested.
