      Comfortable place to work

      Pros

      The office is comfortable, we have everything what we need. Great computers and desks, coffee (as much as we want) and good location. Also the team is really nice, always willing to help or explain something when its needed.

      Cons

      If I have to say something, it would be finish 1 or 2 hours early on Friday. But due the nature of the business I understand why is not possible or hard to make it.

      Pros

      - Relax but hard working mentality from all. A great balance between socialising, playing pool, company nights/breakfasts out, coffee, music in the office but then hunkering down when it's busy. - Clear and precise path for growth both company and personal. - Global connection - despite being all over the world you work with everyone as if they were say next to you! - Flexible working within the confines of customer demands. Days off without 1-2 months notice, leave early to run errands and go to appointments if needed. It's a customer facing company with businesses that need our services between certain times so considering that, it's still pretty flexible working wise. You are trusted to do what is needed. - Casual working attire - wear whatever you are comfortable wearing. - Personal growth opportunities - go on courses for various things such as sales, MS Office, leadership and so on.

      There are a few good eggs within the company

      Cons

      There are a few issues with the company, here are a few that happened whilst I was there: 1) constant drama 2) inappropriate comments by senior male staff - when this was reported, those who spoke out were penalised. 3) Said inappropriate male staff then being promoted into senior positions despite multiple female staff speaking out against his disgusting behaviour. 4) Confidential information about employees being shared with other staff members by the CEO and HR to stir drama - not because they were a "need to know". 5) Lots of "accidental" managers 6) Poor pay and long hours 7) not paying staff when they get promoted...instead insisting they have to earn the wage increase...so essentially giving them way more responsibility but not paying them for the additioanl work
