Pros

Finding any pros in a company that consistently offers false hope, misleading policies, and deceptive propaganda is indeed a challenging task.

Cons

1. Dear CEO, it is crucial to foster a supportive work environment that values the well-being of employees. Constructive feedback is essential for growth, so please consider providing feedback in a more constructive manner rather than resorting to criticism and mental torment. 2. The frequent policy changes within the company are reminiscent of changing t-shirts. It is important to establish stable and consistent policies for the benefit of employees and to avoid confusion. 3. Is this workplace more like a school? It seems that seating arrangements are constantly being altered to intentionally disrupt the bonds between employees. It almost feels like one day we might even find ourselves sitting in bathrooms. The company's social media may portray a different image of employee bonding and engagement, but it seems far from reality. 4. Insufficient parking facilities in the office premises force employees to park their vehicles by the roadside, exposed to the sun all day long. The lack of proper security and arrangements raises concerns about the safety of personal vehicles. 5. The work environment lacks any sense of fun or engagement. Employees feel like robotic beings, working long hours from 10 am to 7 pm, with minimal opportunities for enjoyment. It appears that the company's marketing efforts may be disingenuous, promoting a false image of a vibrant and engaging workplace.

Pros

TechVariable stands out in Guwahati with a significant employee strength of over 40+, providing stability in an industry dominated by small players. The company's commitment to on-time salary payments and a 5-day work week in comparison to other companies available in Guwahati is a Plus. For individuals looking to pursue technical roles, TechVariable offers ample growth opportunities, making it an attractive option for those seeking to advance in the IT industry.

Cons

Their primary focus on technical roles creates limited prospects for employees in non-technical departments such as Marketing, HR, and Sales, potentially leading to dissatisfaction and lack of career growth for such individuals. The company's practice of hire and fire which creates instability and anxiety among employees, particularly job security is constantly at risk. Other cons are such as: Dependence on Favoritism Bias Towards Technical Employees Unstructured Setup Inconsistent Company Policies Limited Senior Staff
