Pros

You get to work with an amazingly talented and smart team. Good pay and even better benefits/perks.

Cons

They expect a lot out of their employees. Long hours (generally 10+ hour days) and tough goals.

Pros

Recently acquired by SurveyMonkey. Very approachable and whip-smart leadership team; one of the few companies I have seen in which the CEO is willing to have conversations with entry level employees about career goals, aspirations, and development tips. Heavily focused on employee development -- if you can't take criticism and actively work to hone your skills, consider other options.

Pros

Great sales training. Nice office (when it used to be in a house- start-up vibe)

Cons

Worst management possible. Talks down to employees and creates a toxic environment. Some would say it would get a little inappropriate with the SDRs and management (all management with power are male). Management is very green and though the original hires are great people, the once fun energetic start-up has become dull and depressing due to constant criticism and under-appreciation. Very sales heavy, with no real perks if you decide to work in a different department. One tip- don't apply, you'll regret it.
