This is a review based on a current employee who is close relative. For job safety he is not putting his review. Extremely rigid manager with no consideration of any request whatsoever. My cousin has learnt in last six months about the following real motto of the company or the manager (because for most of us manager is the company) We don’t follow working hours, We don’t follow working days, We don’t approve comp off, And we don’t approve planned leave But we do strictly follow notice period.
