      Very friendly group. There are no superstars here, but the team is cohesive and performs well under pressure.

      There really aren't any cons - There are always challenges in any work environment especially in a quota driven Sales Account Manager position

      Pros

      good salary and flexible time.

      Cons

      Flexible time: most of the time I had to do overtimes and without being paid for that. My Manager did not have idea what mean managing a team and be helpful in case of high volume of work. Very high level of envy and challenge inside the team: the manager did not share ideas and new with all the team but only with people she considered "good worker"
