      1. Bigger Opportunities 2. Get to learn new skills with different projects. 3. Guidance and support from mentors and managers. 4.Great & happening environment. 5. Very good pay (you get bonuses and hike if you perform well) 6. Trips 7. Management is supportive and helpful.
