They simply waste our time calling interview on weekends. They conduct interview process which has one aptitude round, coding round, technical interview and HR round , but all this are show off they will not call back even if have done well. While scheduling the interview they speak properly. Once process in done they don't bother to respond. They are doing it for time pass. This is consultancy where If they get project then they will call you, otherwise you will be on hold. Don't attend this company interview.

if u r a fresher then join. if you r expereinced, then its u feel worst. the management behaves like hitlers. what they want is work work work .. thats it. they will not care for ur personal life. I am fed up and thinking to leave ASAP. I agree its a startup, but dont squeeze the people. Now, they have come up with access tracking, even if you leave office by 12 o clock in the night. you have to be in office by 9:30 AM.. typical childish company .. its not an IT company .. i am feeling like its a factory . So many restrictions to the employees. you will get coffee/tea two times a day. apart from this no benifits nothing...
