      Very bad middle management

      Pros

      Very welcoming and trip to head office in France after Probation. Very interesting market. The CEO speaks to you personally after joining and communication across teams is good.

      Cons

      The middle management doesnt give direct feedback and the feedback comes via third party on a regular basis. There is lack of open and transperent communication. There is a toxic culture within teams. Not open to accepting ideas and utilizing the aptitude/potential of employees at assistant levels. The salaries are not market standard and very low. There is high employee turnover.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, good products, interesting market. There is still possibility to learn from a few very capable and professional colleagues that have not left yet.

      Cons

      Low salary. Undervaluation of individual ideas and initiatives. Authoritarian environment and decisions totally centralized at one single despotic person. Lack of clarity and transparency in respect to the information flow within the company and low sense of adequacy of the management perceptions to the reality of the day-to-day work. Under appreciation and valorization of the long-term staff with no progression perspectives inside the company.
