      bonus salary for last year's good performance that you will get next year. ex for 2018 performance you'll have a bonus salary in early 2020

      Cons

      bad working environment, bad boss's behavior (yelling, intimidating/offending employees), no professional prospects, stable salary (rare pay raises), indifference for employees' working issues

      Friendly colleagues in a bad environment.

      Cons

      Low salaries, micromanagement mainly from the Owner of the company, and a lot of pressure...To take vacations is not something usual... No clear processes, better to say that there are no processes at all!!! It looks like an environment that comes from the sixties decade!

      Interesting projects and some people of company's work force are good.

      Cons

      -The worst organisation I have ever seen. - Delays in payments monthly. -Owner thinks on a very "old" type of motivation about the company's acting. -It's only good for people who want to retire..... -Many people have left by themselves.
