Taylor is the best company to work for. I have worked in more architectural companies in OC than I wanted and Taylor is the best. The culture and environment Taylor has is very friendly and respectful. You will have the opportunity to learn whatever you are interested in, the opportunity to grow as much as you wish, the opportunity to work in a great environment, always encouraging and understanding, always helpful and friendly. The office and the colleagues are a lot of fun. You will love coming to work. To top it off, the company pays well and has great benefits. The projects are interesting and exciting.
Cons
With large projects as full hospital tower, its hard to plan work load perfectly is a project goes on hold. Taylor is handling the uneven workload very well.
