      Pros

      There is no reason to work in tata power . I always recommend my college junior not to join tata power because it ruined your life .

      Cons

      Tata Power always share fake policy , company only runs because of Tata Brand , there is no innovation . Company is not support higher education ,because of policy gap , after completing the btech your salary is only increased 5% of basic which is actually that is 500 rupees. In Mumbai a diploma engineer only get 15000 of in hand salary. One of the worst management. If you say I will do in innovative way , your manager laugh . Most of the employee just sit in office because there is lobby in manager . Not recommend to join tata power if you grow
